Co-op and Internship Testimonials

Jasmine Kusi-Appiah ,
Majoring in Psychology,
Sophomore, One Quarter in the Co-op Program at time of Testimonial.
Employed at Wright State University Research Labs.

Responsibilities during co-op employment:

"For this quarter my responsibilities were to learn and observe the procedures of the lab. After I complete all of my prerequisites that are required by the lab, I will begin my own research."

Most beneficial aspect of being enrolled in the co-op program:

"I gained more knowledge about how to be a researcher from first hand experience versus learning about it in the class room. The one-on-one action with other researchers has helped me to understand psychology better and appreciate what psychologists do. I love that I have a job that I care about and enjoy coming to. The responsibilities mean something to me and will benefit both my academic and professional career."
