OPERS Refund Update

As a result of OPERS changing the Refund Application Form, all students who completed a Refund Form for the period of summer employment unfortunately must complete the new OPERS Refund Form in order to receive a refund.

The form is available at the following link, which opens in a new browser window:

Complete the appropriate sections of the Refund Form and submit to WSU Payroll, 301 University Hall for processing.
