Compensation for Co-op and Internship Positions

Co-ops and internships are typically paid experiences. The work site supervisor and the student negotiate the salary and additional benefits, if any. Compensation should be consistent with similar paid positions within the organization and in the region. The hourly wage figures on this page were compiled by Career Services and represent an average of previous compensation levels for some WSU co-op students.

Raj Soin College of Business

• Undergraduate: $12.22 to $15.21 per hour.
• MBA: $18.62 to $22.00 per hour.
